We are meeting at Steve's office to discuss the Banquet.
As we are now less than two months away from our fund raiser I feel that we need to work under an agenda to try to accomplish as much as possible this meeting. The more tasks and functions that we can define now the less chance for error and the less stress we will have as the event draws closer. I am proposing the following agenda:
1. Reception Wednesday night
2. Blaser rifle
3. Other firearms
4. Donated hunts and fishing trips
5. Non-hunt or fishing related donations
7. “Board Items”
8. Local donations
9. Table sales
10. Individual sales
11. Scripting both event nights
12. Event promotions
14. Event sites and food and beverage
15. Marketing the event
I know this is an aggressive list so the closer to 5:30 that everyone can arrive the better. I know we are all tired at the end of the day so we will try to get finished as soon as possible. Please feel free to add to the agenda.
